Notes
Prices
If you are a larger group or want added flexibility, the studio apartment within the grounds can also be let for a small additional charge. Please contact us for details. The studio apartment is never let separately, thus guaranteeing you exclusive use of all the facilities and complete privacy. It may be possible in low season to accommodate shorter breaks or different start dates.
Process
1. If the weeks you require are available we ask you email or call us with details of your planned party for confirmation of availability (we may have provisional bookings pencilled in which are not booked out here until receipt of the booking deposit).
2. On confirmation from us that you have priority for your chosen dates, please print the booking form and send it to us along with a deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday. We will then send you written confirmation of your booking.
3. We then book out the dates on the website, and will send you details to assist with planning and booking other holiday arrangements.

Why Friday Changeover??
Greater availability and cheaper prices for flights, ferries and hotel accommodation en-route.
Less congestion on the roads.
Allows Saturday to do the 'big supermarket shop' (supermarkets are closed Sunday in the main).
Allows guests to fully take part in the activities programmed for Saturday day and evening (often the busiest day for events during the summer months).
